What things have you done to date?
What big change do you want to make in 10 years time? (big picture why do you exist?)
What small incremental things do you want to do this year that build towards that goal? (what activities are you doing right now?)
How many people are in your group?
What skills do they have / want to use?
How many hours a week/month can people give?
How much money do you have to spend?
What other groups are doing similar things (and for each) why are you not able to simply support that group? (personal/”petty” reaasons are fine!)
What things is your group definitely not going to do?
What things will you do that noone else is doing? (the more specific the better)
