Announcing GFSC Community Drop-ins!

GFSC is starting four regular monthly drop-ins for: tech developers; artists and freelancers; community organisers; and writers and researchers. They're focussed on developing and supporting people to use open source and community technology, including our own PlaceCal platform.

Announcing GFSC Community Drop-ins!
One type of community get-together.

One of the great business phrases of the 21st Century: this meeting could have been an email. But today I propose the opposite: this blog post could be a drop-in meet-up. Four of them, in fact.

How it works: they are all drop-in peer support sessions. We'll take it in turns to say what we are working on and see if we can give support or encouragement. These are designed to be used as accountability and check in sessions, as well as good places to get tech support and troubleshooting help. We are going to run these for three months (Feb-April) and then see how we are doing, so please do come say hi if this is a thing you want to see in the world.

These are also available to see on our PlaceCal listing.
